Career Progression:	6 months (Pre Sea Training in academy) 12 months (On Board as Trainee OS / Wiper) Stipend USD 150 to USD 300 per month approx. 18 months (On Board as AB Seaman / Oiler / Fitter) Salary : USD 450 to USD 800 per month approx.
